For puppies and sensitive pets, we use short, stage by stage sessions that can be paused or adjusted if your pet needs a break. A full groom is never assumed until the coat condition and safe handling scope are assessed.
Quiet sessions, clear communication, and calm handling

We also offer a grooming familiarization session, a short comfort-led groom, and a sensitive-pet bath and brush for pets that need a slower introduction to professional care.
After the visit, you receive a written grooming summary with a clear handover, including what was completed and practical coat care notes for between appointments.
